My Story
My path into digital work started early.
As a teenager, I became curious about how websites worked and began learning on my own using online resources.
Over the years, I built a strong technical foundation through hands-on practice, gradually expanding into areas like coding, SEO, payment systems, and digital tools.
For a long time, my work focused on web design and digital marketing.
I built websites, implemented features, and supported a wide range of projects. That experience gave me versatility, but it also helped me recognize a deeper challenge that many online businesses were facing.
In 2015, my work shifted when I began supporting a live online education business with active students and ongoing programs.
This was my first deep exposure to the operational side of online courses — not just creating or optimizing pages, but ensuring everything worked reliably after students enrolled.
That experience changed how I understood online businesses. I saw firsthand that having a website or course platform wasn’t enough.

What truly mattered was what happened behind the scenes:
Since then, my work has focused on operational stability for online programs.
I’ve spent close to a decade supporting live programs with active students, ensuring the systems behind enrollment, access, onboarding, payments, and delivery remain reliable.
Over time, my role became clear.
I wasn’t just supporting platforms — I was responsible for keeping programs running. Making sure students didn’t get stuck, systems stayed connected, and revenue continued to flow without disruption became a core part of my work.
Today, I operate as an Online Programs Operations & Revenue Stability Manager, focused on the parts of a business that determine whether an online program can truly last.
